H1 HUD Head Up Display Installation Guide: Setup & FAQs

Thank you for purchasing the H1 HUD. This guide is designed to help you install your new Heads-Up Display quickly, safely, and correctly. Please read through all instructions before beginning the installation to ensure optimal performance and safety.

How to Install

Plug the USB cable into your vehicle USB Port(5V); (Tips: Use our original OEM power cord for stable regulated voltage; third-party cables may cause startup failure.)
Place H1 HUD on dashboard;
Stick reflective film on windshield (Not required);
Wait for GPS signal → Drive.

System Settings

1. In the normal working state of HUD, Long-press the button to enter into the settings interface;

2. Scroll Left/Right the button to select your desired function setting, there are 5 function settings for you to choose;

F-1. Speed Alarm ON/OFF (Default 1: ON)
F-2. Speed Alarm Limit (Default Value:120KM/H)
F-3. Brightness (0-5 Level, Default: 0, Auto Brightness)
F-4. Speed Calibration (Default Value: 100)
F-5. Speed Unit (MPH, KM/H)

3. Short press the button to confirm. Scroll Left/Right the button to adjust the value;

4. Short press the button to save it; Release your hand, it will automatically back to the main interface.

Restore Factory Settings

Switch off the device;
Switch on the device, at the same time long press the button;
When "0" is shows in the middle of the device, the factory setting is completed.

FAQ

How to turn on/off the speed alarm sound?

Long press the button to enter into the setting interface;
Scroll left/right the button to adjust the number to "F-1";
Short press the button to confirm it;
Scroll left/right the button to adjust the number, "1" is Turn on(Default), "2" is Turn off.
Short press the button to save it. Release your hand, it will automatically back to the main interface.

How to adjust the speed alarm limit?

Long press the button to enter into the setting interface;
Scroll left/right the button to adjust the number to "F-2";
Short press the button to confirm it;
Scroll left/right the button to adjust the number to your prefer speed alarm limit(Default: 120, 120 km/h);
Short press the button to save it. Release your hand, it will automatically back to the main interface.

How to adjust the brightness?

Long press the button to enter into the setting interface;
Scroll left/right the button to adjust the number to "F-3";
Short press the button to confirm it;
Scroll left/right the button to adjust the number, there are 0-5 level for you to choose, "0" is automatic brightness(Default), "1" is the darkest, "5" is the brightest
Short press the button to save it. Release your hand, it will automatically back to the main interface.

How to calibrate speed?

Long press the button to enter into the setting interface;
Scroll left/right the button to adjust the number to "F-4";
Short press the button to confirm it;
Scroll left/right the button to adjust the number(Default: 100),
If car speed is 100, the device shows 103, you can adjust the number to 97;
If car speed is 100, the device shows 97, you can adjust the number to 103;
Short press the button to save it. Release your hand, it will automatically back to the main interface.

How to adjust the speed unit?

Long press the button to enter into the setting interface;
Scroll left/right the button to adjust the number to "F-5";
Short press the button to confirm it;
Scroll left/right the button to adjust the speed unit to KM/H or MPH;
Short press the button to save it. Release your hand, it will automatically back to the main interface.
