At KUOWEIHUD, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return or refund request according to the policy below.
30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be in its original condition.
- The product must include all original accessories, parts, and packaging.
- The product must not be damaged due to improper use, installation, or handling.
Products that are returned incomplete, damaged, or missing accessories may not be eligible for a full refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
Please contact our customer support team before sending any return. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it.
If your return is approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error on our part.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the problem
We will review your request and provide a suitable solution, including replacement or refund when applicable.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours after purchase as long as they have not been processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns may not be accepted for:
- Products damaged by improper installation or use
- Products missing original accessories or packaging
- Products altered or modified after purchase
- Returns requested after the 30-day return period
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
